Joseph A. Rusche
Tax Partner
Joe is the Director of Taxes as well as a Tax Partner for Boyum & Barenscheer PLLP. He works with individuals, businesses, trusts and estates providing tax planning and tax compliance services. He also coordinates tax services for the firm.
Joe has extensive knowledge in tax and consulting issues that affect the health care industry. His experience includes working with health care clients and highly compensated individuals, including consultation regarding qualified retirement plans, compensation plans, benefit packages, and developing financial budgets, income allocation formulas and computerized spreadsheets for the analytical review of financial statements.
Joe
has earned a Master of Business Taxation degree from the University of
Minnesota and a Bachelors degree from the University of
Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public
Accountants, the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and
the Medical Group Management Association. He also holds an insurance
license. Joe joined Boyum & Barenscheer PLLP in 1985.
