Shane joined Boyum & Barenscheer PLLP in 1995 and has come to play a vital role in the Firm's attest services and quality control. He has extensive experience in providing audit, review, compilation, accounting and advisory services to numerous clients in various industries including leasing, distribution, service and employee benefit plans.

Shane is a graduate of St. Cloud State University of Minnesota. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
